Abstract :
[en] By questionnaire were compared the levels of information of 2 groups of patients according as they received information by usual verbal communication or through a specific booklet. The population investigated consisted of head and neck cancer patients having been treated by radiotherapy. Analysis indicates a significant shift towards much more positive values in favour of written information coming in recall and reinforcement of verbal communication.
