Abstract :
[en] This document aims to present the findings from a case study led in the Belgian construction sector on the impacts of robotic production lines on the organisational and social dialogue aspects of two construction companies. Direct impacts relate to changes in terms of improvement of working conditions and deskilling for operators; as well as vertical differentiation and standardisation of processes. Indirect impacts relate to the adoption of a vertical differentiation strategy and threatening of the relevance of the current regulatory framework of social dialogue.
