[en] This communication presents the results of an European survey undertaken as part of the DIRESOC project (DIgitalisation and REstructuring: which social dialogue?). By building a social dialogue quality index (SDQI), it aims at presenting the mediating role of a qualitative social dialogue in the tripartite relation of social dialogue, restructuring and digitalisation. The results on the influence of the SDQI confirms previous studies showing the impact of a high quality social dialogue in creating socially responsible solutions for restructuring. Our online survey reveals this affirmation remains relevant when talking about digitalisation.
