Abstract :
[en] Following my research on the speech captions (‘Reden und Rufe’) in the so-called daily-life scenes in private tombs, I focus my attention on the Amarna tombs, which I purposely disregarded in my PhD dissertation. The classical daily-life scenes such as harvesting crops or cattle feeding are indeed scarcely part of their decorative programs. No caption of any kind complements these scenes. Speeches and songs are, however, added in new themes, proper to the Amarna Period, as reward by the King. In this paper, I will discuss these captions and explore their relationships with the text corpus commonly known as ‘Reden und Rufe.’
