Abstract :
[en] From the perspective of the current intercultural dynamism, it should be noted that the diaspora, thanks to excessive digitization and a significant drop in the cost of air transport, quickly strove to develop unprecedented mobility, in search of new job and business opportunities in a globalized world context. The skills acquired by the diaspora during their stay in host countries, make them become more and more competitive and in demand for the various job opportunities offered (internationally) in the same way as expatriate foreigners. 'in the past. The logic of this movement would like it to opt a priori as a strategy of mobility and choice of return, its country of origin, for obvious reasons, in particular those linked to its cultural and identity affinities. Starting from the theory of resources and skills and that of dependence on resources, we believe that the diaspora, which has a dual culture, is able to promote diversity policy in a global context characterized by the proliferation of large multicultural businesses and organizations. Our approach, which is essentially theoretical, is in line with the perspective of offering a line of thought capable of understanding the central role of the diaspora in the promotion of diversity policies.
