Abstract :
[en] The question addressed in this study is whether multimodal figures (for example, audiovisual ones) can exist and, if so, under what conditions. Starting from the definition of a figure proposed by Grelling and Oppenheim, the author brings to light the necessary conditions of figural multimodality. The conditions included in this definition lead the author to determine the constraints to which a multimodal figure would have to conform.
