Abstract :
[en] When envisioning a post-pandemic world, a window of opportunity to couple economic recovery with sustainability measures presents itself. This is particularly the case for cities, many of which have negative environmental impacts but also act as engines of change at both a local and global scale. As a result, COVID-19 recovery packages have the momentum to accelerate transitions to sustainable and smart cities.
