[en] Dedicated to combat the depressant effect resulting from a lack of light, light therapy is known for several years. Traditional light diffusers have effects similar to those of natural light, synchronizing our circadian biological rhythms that maintain our sleep-wake balance. However, they have a major drawback: the user has to stay long enough in front of the light screen. The innovation of the proposed system lies in the portability of light diffusers and in the exploitation of photonic technologies such as holography and micro-optics.
