Abstract :
[en] Bilateral Acute Iris Transillumination (BAIT) is a new clinical entity characterized by acute onset of pigment dispersion in the anterior chamber and angle, depigmentation of the iris stroma and permanent iris transillumination, mas- querading as uveitis. An association with oral moxifloxacin is reported in some articles. We describe one case of bilate- ral acute iris transillumination, following the use of systemic moxifloxacin.
