[en] Bidsme program is a a tool to format an arbitrary neuroimaging dataset to conform with BIDS standard. The tool is oriented to complex and multimodal datasets, including modalities not supported officially by BIDS, for example hMRI or PET. The way how the dataset is bidsified is fully customisable and allow deviation from standard.
