Abstract :
[en] This chapter presents the work and trajectory of conceptual comics artist Ilan Manouach. Focusing on points of convergence between theory, practice, and technology, it suggests that Manouach's work experiments with ways of 'withdrawing' or 'undrawing' the traditional author from the body of work in order to produce unsettling experiences that qualify as an expansion, extrapolation, or deviation from comics culture.
