Abstract :
[en] Muscle hernia can be traumatic or congenital. The congenital origin has been difficult to prove, because of the absence of pediatric cases reported in the literature. It's only in the last ten years that a few pediatric cases have been published, but never occurring before the age of 3. We report a rare case of tibialis anterior muscle hernia in a baby even before the age of walking, confirming the existence of constitutional muscle hernia occurring without trauma or muscle solicitation.
