Abstract :
[en] In the case of PSI-CO, the Delphi questionnaire was developed on the basis of the comparative analysis of the case studies (WP3)1. Regarding the recommendations, we will validate the conclusions through the questionnaire (mainly the transversal conclusions).Among the participants, there where: federal officials, local officials, regional officials; provincial representatives; representatives of CPAS; and citizens (or representatives of a group of citizens); members of a liberal profession; representatives of private companies; representatives of non-profit organisations; representative of a research centre. All of them had taken part in the other steps of the research and were associated to one of the 9 case studies on collaborative innovation studied by the four teams of researchers (UCLouvain, KULeuven, UA et ULiège).
