[en] This is my reply to a reply by Osmaston (The Observatory, 134, p 33, No 1238 (February 2014)) to my comment (The Observatory, 133, p 294, No 1236 (October 2013)) on a comment by Osmaston (from the report on the meeting) (The Observatory, 133, p 136, No 1234 (June 2013)) on a talk by Andrew Liddle (The Observatory, 133, p 135, No 1234 (June 2013)) at an RAS meeting.
This is a "correspondence" piece, not a regular article per se, i.e. a "letter to the editor" in the original sense of the term. They are refereed, though; I've received comments on my own such contributions, and refereed those of others.
