Abstract :
[en] The number of patients referred for HSR to ICM in increasing. Immediate reactions (<1h) are more commun. Although rare, anaphylaxis could be lifé-threatening. We should identify the offending product and find safer alternatives. Unfortunately, recommendations for diagnostic tests remain controversial.
