Abstract :
[en] Based on the observations of farming practices and the comparison of technical efficiency of 160 Seng Cu rice producers in lowland and upland areas of Lao Cai province, the author proposes appropriate implications for the grass-root and policy-making level in order to improve rice productivity and growers' income as well as foster the sustainable agricultural development.
