Abstract :
[en] After a first complete year of implementation of the French version of PBIS we propose an update of the situation in our four different schools in the light of their specific contexts which are all very different (primary school vs secondary school, French speaking school vs Dutch immersion school, very small school vs bigger school). We will put forward the results of their first interventions in different school settings. We will provide feedback of the way the different participants experience SCP and its implementation. We will discuss facilitators and barriers the schools have to face. We will then debate the ways teachers can be reinforced for their efforts concerning the implementation process. What kind of reinforcement fits our cultural context ? What reinforcement is meaningful to teachers ? With what cost-efficiency benefit(s) ? Can teacher reinforcement help creating a positive culture in the teaching team ?
