Abstract :
[en] Rhodium (II) carboxylates of perfluoroacids are very efficient catalysts for promoting the insertion of carbenes (carbenoids) (generated from diazoesters) into the C-H bonds of alkanes with selectivities which differ from those observed in typical free-carbene processes.
