La video-capsule endoscopique: une nouvelle methode d'exploration du grele

[en] Capsule endoscopy is a new technique of exploration which enables to visualize the entire small bowel. Occult or unexplained digestive bleeding currently constitutes on major indication of this technique. The aim of this study is to report the results obtained among 15 patients investigated by capsule endoscopy and to discuss the place of this new technique in the small bowel exploration.
