[en] We report a rare case of acute disseminated encephalomyelitis (ADEM) secondary to a primary Epstein-Barr (EBV) infection, in a 22-yearold male. Symptomatic infectious mononucleosis and ADEM are both quite uncommon conditions in this age group.
