[en] Today, our knowledge of the elements related to metalworking in Jezireh is extremely limited and contrasted with the abundant production of metal in this zone of Northern Mesopotamia. This contribuiton attempts to give a general view of; the metallurgical workshops, the tools and the stages of manufacture of copper alloys objects in the upper Mesopotamia and in particular in the Syrian Djezireh during the 3rd millennium BC.
