Abstract :
[en] The square is reccurent pattern in recent projects from the AgwA office. The square can be considered a basic formal achievement of the mind. The contemporay architectural proliferation prevents all formal relevance. The absolute reduction of Ad Rheinhard's « black squares », a precedent ? Can shapelessness be applied to architecture? PHIL, an architectural study case in progress. Reduction of form : what about function and structure ? Vitruvian nihilism or Vitruvius reloaded ?
