Speckle imaging; Nondestructive testing; Digital holography
Abstract :
[en] Combination of digital holography and speckle correlation for three-dimensional displacement measurement suffers from inaccuracy. Speckle size adjustment and phase error correction during the digital holography process can improve the accuracy of in-plane displacement measurement.
