Abstract :
[en] To what extent do Member States remain at liberty to structure their national administrative enforcement authorities? The Court of Justice more intrusively intervenes in this regard, as the Vebic judgment reflects. This article uses the judgment as an inroad into opening a debate on how far EU intervention in national institutional autonomy should proceed.
