Abstract :
[en] This study was conducted to determine the effect of probiotic Pediococcus acidilactici on the fatty acid profile of the serum of broilers. In the experimental group chicks received an additional Pediococcus acidilactici added to drinking water. The results showed that probiotics can be used to improve the profile in acid fatty in meat of broilers.
