[en] This paper first describes the energy balance of Wallonia, its evolution, the share of renewable energy and the targets related to energy policy. The second part of this paper focuses on a study led on a small land in Villers-le-Bouillet. The goal here was to prove that smart incentives are needed in order to introduce on the market smart environment-friendly building solutions.
