Abstract :
[en] Availability of an article on the Internet without any barrier increases by a 20-fold factor its downloading songs as compared to those in restricted access requiring a reprint request. An article is being cited twice as much if immediately accessible. It is a fact. Hence it is crucial, if one wants to be read (why else would one one publish ?) to deposit one's manuscripts immediately after acceptance (i.e. before publication) and to make them freely accessible as soon as permitted.
