[en] Dans cet article, nous présentons les recommandations 2011 pour la prise en charge du syndrome coronarien aigu sans élévation du segment ST, «non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction» (NSTEMI). Les modifications concernant l’approche pharmacologique, et plus particulièrement l’antiagrégation plaquettaire et l’anticoagulation, y sont détaillées.
