Abstract :
[en] We report the case of a 54 year old man presenting atypical chest pain. The echocardiogram showed a dilatation of the coronary sinus. Subsequently the angiographic evaluation with cardiac catheterization demonstrated a coronary artery fistula between the circumflex artery and the coronary sinus and between a megaanevrysmal right coronary artery and the coronary sinus. No significant left to right shunt was discovered, however.
