Abstract :
[en] In this conference adressed to students and researchers in Neurosciences, I will present a legal perspective on some uses of neurosciences for marketing purposes. Legal, technical and ethical questions will be articulated. I will further present some thoughts on legal use of scientific insights on human behaviour.
