Unusual presentation of osteopoikilosis.

[en] We present a case of osteopoikilosis in a 74-year-old woman with hip pain, presenting multiple osteoblastic lesions of the axial skeleton including an osteoblastic large lesion of her left femur. The imaging findings on X-rays and computed tomography are provided along with the discussion of the differential diagnosis on the basis of the recent literature.
