[es] Este artículo forma parte de la serie «El juicio del siglo», publicada por la revista Punto de Vista bajo la dirección de Beatriz Sarlo. La serie está dedicada a la historia de las ideas en la Argentina durante los cien años que transcurren entre el primer centenario de la Revolución de Mayo (1910) y el segundo centenario (2010). El artículo, cuarta entrega de la serie, aborda la traducción en la literatura argentina del período −sus representaciones, sus agentes y su función−, y abarca desde las leyes sobre la enseñanza de las lenguas extranjeras de principios del siglo XX hasta las colecciones más importantes de literatura traducida de principios del siglo XXI. [en] This article is part of the series «The century on trial» published by the journal Punto de Vista directed by Beatriz Sarlo. The series addresses the history of ideas in Argentina during the hundred years between the first centenary of the May Revolution (1910) and its bicentennial (2010). The article, which is the fourth in the series, addresses the question of translation in Argentine literature during this period: its representations, agents and functions, encompassing from foreign language education policies at the outset of the 20th century to the most important collections of translated literature at the onset of the 21st century
