Abstract :
[en] Paroxysmal narrow complex QRS tachycardias are a clinical entity characterized by abrupt onset and termination of palpitations, dyspnea, dizziness. They depend on mechanisms of reentry within the atrio-ventricular node or with the participation of an accessory pathway (reciprocating orthodromic tachycardia). We review the clinical and electrocardiographical diagnosis as well as the acute and long term treatment of these tachycardias.
