Abstract :

[en] Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT) regularly used in Urology finds at present an indication for the treatment of soft tissue calcifications. A literature review presents the physical characteristics, action mode and side effects; it also outlines some of the clinical indications.
