Abstract :
[en] The unique structure of the hair in Black people is responsible for a few specific follicular disorders. Pseudofolliculitis of the beard similar to pili incarnati as well as, the so-called keloidal acne and the follicular degeneration syndrome are frequent clinical entities in ethnic dermatology.
