Abstract :
[en] The authors report the case of a 66-year-old patient with unilateral intermittent claudication, in whom no evidence of intravascular occlusive disease was found. Surgical approach revealed an intraparietal cystic adventitial disease of the popliteal artery. An excision of the affected segment and bypass grafting with the internal saphenous vein was done.
