Abstract :
[en] Ring-opening polymerisation of epsilon-caprolactone in supercritical carbon dioxide is slowed down by a carbonation reaction, resulting in a positive volume of activation and a higher energy of activation as compared to polymerisation in a regular hydrocarbon solvent.
