[en] The aim of this study is to highlight the soothing effect of SOIN INTENSE APAISANT of Castalia on cutaneous lesion induced by UV radiation. For this prupose, both direct investigations (clinical valuation and sites chromametry) and indirect investigations (corneocyte harvesting and chromametric analysis) have been conducted. The excellent correlation between the results has lead us to prove a very obvious soothing effect of SOIN INTENSE APAISANT (care range Hydrocapteur of Castalia, Laboratoires Lavipharm).
[fr] L'objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence le pouvoir apaisant d'un cosmétique SOIN INTENSE APAISANT de Castalia sur une lésion cutanée induite par irradiation ultraviolette. Pour cela, des moyens d'investigations directs (clinique et chromamétrie de site) et indirects (prélèvement de surface et analyse chromamétrique) ont été mis en oeuvre. L'excellente corrélation obtenue entre les résultats a permis de conclure à un effet apaisant très marqué du produit SOIN INTENSE APAISANT (gamme de soin Hydrocapteur de Castalia, Laboratoires Lavipharm).
