[en] A better knowledge of fundamental mechanisms of carcinogenesis allows the development of novel therapeutic tools specifically targeting the cancer cell. Our understanding of cellular and molecular mechanisms controlling cellular cycle and cell survival is an important step for new anti-cancer treatments. This review will focus on new therapeutic's strategies in advanced pancreatic cancer.
