[en] The eighties have seen, in different countries among Europe , the emergence of new ecologist parties. In frenchspeaking Belgium, the constituency of this party is very peculiar with a very low average age and a very high level of education, among others. Multivariate linear analysis of those variables shows a good deal of overlapping and interaction. Log-linear analysis that does not suppose neither continuity nor even the ordinal nature of those variables helps greatly to shwo where ecological constituency is. In particular, we tested the idea that rather then circumscribing a very educated population, it could be characteristics of some professionals areas, like social workers.
