Abstract :
[en] In previous papers, we related the isolation and identification of several indole alkaloids from the root-bark of Strychnos gossweileri: alstonine, a well known anhydronium base, dolichantoside a new indol-glucoalkaloid and diploceline, a new quaternary alkaloid. From a second batch of the same species, we isolated, besides the previously isolated compounds, three new alkaloids. The structure elucidation and the stereochemistry of these alkaloids ( isodolichantoside, strychnofluorine and 16-epi-diploceline) are now discussed.
