[en] In this paper, written with Prof. Marta Pertegás Sender, we give an overview of the achievements made within the EU in securing the mutual recognition and enforcement of court decisions issued in employment disputes. Particular attention is given to the special regime of employment disputes under the 1968 Brussels Convention and the Regulation 44/2001.
