Abstract :
[en] The behavior of the coronal lines in RS Ophiuchi, T Pyxidis, and T Coronae Borealis is in accord with the physical properties of these lines as predicted from Edlén's identifications. Observed anomalies in the relative abundance of certain ions in these and similar objects may be explained by irregularities in the intensity-curve of the primary exciting radiation of the central star, caused by H and He II continuous absorption. One line in the RS Oph spectrum is identified with [K XI].
