Abstract :
[en] The invention relates to a hybrid protein which fuses the sub-unit B of the choleraic toxin with an active sequence of a heterologous antigen with respect to said unit. Said hybrid protein is comprised of a sequence of said sub-unit which extends between the 3rd and 100th amino acid rest of the complete sub-unit B. The heterologous amino acid sequence is used upstream or downstream of the latter. This hybrid protein is usable for vaccination, particularly to help the stabilisation of heterologous antigens in the intestinal environment.
