Abstract :
[en] Dry mouth is usual in geriatrics. It doesn't seem a age related change of salivary gland tissues, but as often as not, it results from the use of some drugs. Seventy percents of institutionalised elderly population consummate these medications with buccal significance. This publication tries to summarize the means of diagnosis and the possibilities to treat this pathology.
