[en] This chapter proposes a decomposition of the transmission process in SMEs in some critical phases. It underlines on the one hand the key aspects of the managerial decision inducing a transmission decision and on the other hand the key elements that have then to be specifically integrated into the legal process conducing to the legal act that materializes the transmission.
