[en] Early detection of potential machine damages is capital for evaluating risks and for managing inherent issues. the use of new smart tools to identify motor's or generator's damages, coupled with automatic analyzers can nowadays support the arduous tasks of plant's maintenance teams. More than a tool, the Lifetime Solution Concept from Schaeffler provides answers and solutions for given complex situations met in nowadays industry. The talk present and technically describe this concept, the associated tools (Optime, Optime C1, Concept) and show when they can be advantageously be used.
