WIDENGREN’S Die Religionen Irans, 1965, is a new version of a useful bibliographical work published in Numen, 1955, under the title of Stand und Aufgaben der, iranischen Religionsgeschichte
MOLE’S thesis has been published as Cuite, My the et Cosmologie dans Tiran anclen, 1963. It cannot be recommended to beginners
JACKSON’S Zoroasirian Studies, 1928, gives all the facts it would be useful to memorise
GRAY’S Foundations of the Iranian Religions, Bombay 1929, is an excellent alphabetical repertory and should serve as the basis for any serious study
HASTINGS’ Encyclopaedia of Religion and Ethics, 1908-1926, with its 95 articles or sections of articles bearing on Iranian religion, is still very useful
