[en] The study scrutinises 16 iterations of a regular SI-PASS program across four faculties in a Belgian university over a three-year span. The large dataset enables insightful comparisons both inter-annually and inter-faculty, shedding light on the program's convergent and varying traits. 12 instances show a significant improvement in terms of academic performance. This learning gain is conditioned by 5, 6, 7 or 8 participants depending on the faculty concerned. Expressed satisfaction is high and explained by improvements in understanding of the course materials and by socialisation. Elements that made students not attend mainly concern a lack of time and a perceived uselessness of the program. Suggestions for increased attendance concern more fitting timetables and a better organisation of the scheme.
