[fr] Dans cette contribution, je propose de m'attarder sur quelques moments ayant ponctué mon « cheminement perceptif » (Wathelet et Candau 2013) auprès de deux taxidermistes rencontrés dans le cadre d’une recherche autour de la modélisation du vivant comme révélatrice de nos rapports à la nature. Ce cheminement a en effet été ponctué par l’utilisation du dessin comme outil ethnographique et par une réflexion sur la place que pouvait occuper cette technique pour accéder et rendre compte du sensible tant dans le travail du taxidermiste que dans ma propre recherche. Nous découvrirons ainsi comment l'usage du dessin a pu révéler sa richesse comme médiateur (Hennion 2007, 2015 ; Escallier 2016), offrant une porte à des savoirs incorporés, parfois difficilement transmissibles par le langage parlé. [en] In this contribution, I propose to dwell on a few moments that punctuated my « perceptive journey » (Wathelet and Candau 2013) with two taxidermists I met as part of a research project on the modelling of living things as a way of revealing our relationship with nature. This journey was punctuated by the use of drawing as an ethnographic tool and by a reflection on the place that this technique might occupy in accessing and rendering sensitive information, both in the taxidermist’s work and in my own research. We will thus discover how the use of drawing has revealed its richness as a mediator (Hennion 2007, 2015; Escallier 2016), offering a door to embodied knowledge that is sometimes difficult to convey through spoken language.
